The Waterloo Road star said 'it is what it is' as he reflected on his latest performance in the BBC One dance contest
Strictly Come Dancing star Adam Thomas declared 'this is awkward' as he addressed his latest performance after sparking concern. On Saturday night , the Waterloo Road star and his dance partner Luba Mushtuk returned to the ballroom for week seven.

He added over Sunday night's impending results show: "So whatever happens tomorrow night, I can leave with my head held high but hopefully I'm not going to be leaving because all you guys are going to be voting for me. Come on guys, lets make it happen, get me to week eight."
