It is time to raise the debt ceiling and stop all of this partisan posturing! The people most at risk in these brinksmanship games are the elderly and poor.
As a clergy person, I believe the threats to our most vulnerable are morally reprehensible. There is a time to discuss budgets, but using the debt ceiling as a bargaining chip is hostage taking.
