Our addiction to 'hustle culture' is costing us our physical and mental health. It's time to reframe our work ethic to get sh*t done without burning out.
It makes me wonder, how much of our work is genuinely productive, and how much of it is an addiction to being busy?
Personally, the intention behind creating my own business was so I could have financial, location, and time freedom, to name some.
In a world that is inundated with distractions, busy-ness, and addiction to hustling, there is merit in taking a step back and looking at the big picture.
