Witnesses at the scene said a man was 'chased by three masked figures' then attacked
Stop-and-search powers have been stepped up in an area of Salford after a man was left with 'life-changing' injuries following a stabbing.
Witnesses on the scene told the Manchester Evening News they saw a young man 'being chased by three masked figures before being attacked'. Police said the incident was believed to have been 'isolated'. Following the incident last night, a large police cordon was put in place on Kenyon Way. A police tent was erected and specialist forensic crime scene investigation were seen analysing the road.
