Congress could send the 68-year-old Steve Bannon to jail, and he could care less.

Steve Bannon on Friday night didn’t seem fazed by his conviction on two counts of contempt of Congress — declaring in an interview, “If I go to jail, so be it.”

Bannon faces a minimum sentence of 60 days in prison and a maximum of two years behind bars for refusing to comply with a subpoena from the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol Hill riot, as well as a fine of up to $2,000. His sentencing was set for Oct. 21.
