Cristian Stellini is confident Tottenham can still finish in the top four this season THFC
Despite a tough run of games approaching, Stellini is confident his side can clinch one of the remaining top four spots.
“We could do,” said Stellini when quizzed on his side’s chances of getting over the line. “We have to play the final eight games like eight finals. We started with Brighton and we have to play attacking football.
He added: “We have only Richy with one week training with us. Only Richy is completely back and we recover him. The other players, they start to work but work alone so they are not available.Meanwhile, Stellini confirmed Yves Bissouma is continuing his recovery from a calf injury but there is no timescale on a return for Ben Davies and Ryan Sessegnon who continue to work individually.
“What we created in that moment was not a good impression. Maybe for the atmosphere we created it is good the decision. We have to be better but personally I am happy we showed we are a team, we are linked, we are close.”
