The Knights used big plays to earn their 17th straight regular-season victory and their 11th in a row against New Braunfels. The Knights scored on their next possession when receiver Joe Perez took a sweep six yards into the end zone to make it 14-0 with 7:19 left. New Braunfels cut it to 14-10 with 9:00 left in the second on Landon Marsh’s 24-yard scoring catch that capped a 98-yard drive.Bailey scored on a two-yard run. He set up his touchdown the play before with a 78-yard run. Then, Perez score his second TD run on a reverse that went 7 yards. Finally, quarterback Chad Warner connected with wide-open receiver Jalen Cooper with 1:54 left in the second for the 35-10 advantage.
