The CA State Assembly passed nine minor fentanyl bills this week, including a sentencing enhancement for those found in possession of enough fentanyl to kill at least half a million people. CA Reps continue calls for more drastic measures.
SAN DIEGO – On May 25, California Assembly Republican Leader James Gallgher praised Republicans, victim’s families and law enforcement for the passage of nine bills in the State Assembly meant to fight the fentanyl crisis.
