There's more to Una's backstory than meets the eye as the latest episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds reveals a major character twist.
Myers also discussed Una's developing relationship with Dr M'Benga , who revealed that he's searching for a cure for his daughter Rukiya while secretly keeping her in a buffer. She is suffering from the disease cygnokemia and while she's in the buffer her disease can't progress.
"It's more about watching Una and M'Benga come together and come to understand each other," he added.in the US. It will premiere in the UK with the launch of Paramount+ there on June 22.
