The left-hander hung a curveball that Salvador Perez blasted for a two-run homer in the first inning. The next batter reached on an error before Weathers retired eight of the next nine batters he faced. He issued a walk in the fourth inning and surrendered a Jackie Bradley Jr. home run in the fifth. … Luis Garcia worked a hitless sixth inning.
