FAMILY members of a grandad who was killed in a road crash are organising a special event in his memory.
Last month, police confirmed a 26-year-old driver had been charged in connection with the fatal crash involving the 63-year-old pedestrian.to organise a charity event to raise funds for road safety charity Brake, which has been supporting the bereaved family. It will take place at the Blacklandmill Bowling Club, in Braehead Road, Paisley, on Saturday, September 23, starting at 7.30pm."Blacklandmill Bowling Club has given us the hall for free and they've also organised a DJ as well, with the buffet being provided by Scott's Cafe, in Foxbar.
