It’s a way for everyone in the medical staff and coaching staff to keep an eye on how each player is feeling so they can build sessions around it and make sure everyone’s doing what they’re supposed to do. I’m always forgetting to fill it out. But it’s kind of nice. It makes you intentional about yourself.
