A teenage girl from Shropshire has raised £3,000 for Hope House children’s hospice by holding a road run for vintage and classic vehicles.
Dozens of vehicles turned out for the fun-filled event which saw drivers follow a 32-mile route, starting and finishing at Netley Hall, near Shrewsbury.
“We had an amazing variety of vehicles turn up, including lorries, Series One Landrovers, a Bentley, army Jeeps and some Jaguars.” “When Maya passed away they were both only seven years old and Clara was absolutely devastated,” she said.
