A shirtless drunk man swore loudly as he tried to start fights on a Nottingham street. Dritan Pepa, 44, of Burford Road, Forest Fields, appeared at Nottingham's Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, May 23.
They were informed that there was a drunk male who was trying to start fights on the street, Ms Hemsley told the court. When officers arrived they saw Pepa, who did not have a shirt on.He was also stumbling around and swearing loudly, with Ms Hemsley saying Pepa had shouted "f*** the police". Pepa was unsteady and drinking alcohol.
