Sheriff's deputy shoots man armed with gun at Vista church [Breaking]
A sheriff’s deputy shot a man who had held a gun to his head at a church in Vista on Sunday afternoon, a sheriff’s official said.
The Sheriff’s Department received a call about the man at Iglesia Ni Cristo on Calle Jules, north of East Bobier Driver, around 12:30 p.m. A deputy who responded shot the man. No further details about what led up to the shooting were immediately available.Paramedics started first aid and took the man to a hospital. An update on his condition was not immediately available.
