Sheriff's deputies looking for missing man near Three Sisters and Cedar Creek Falls [Breaking]
Sheriff’s deputies were searching for a 76-year-old man who failed to return home from a Monday afternoon walk.
Terry Hughes left his home around 4 p.m. on Blue Jay Drive in the Pines Hills neighborhood near Julian for his regular walk but never returned. He was wearing a hat, white shirt and blue basketball shorts and was carrying a yellow water bottle. He did not have a phone or wallet with him, officials said.Hughes has light hair and is balding, weighs about 160 pounds and is 6-foot-1, but walks with a dramatic hunch that makes him appear about 5-foot-2, sheriff’s officials said.
He was believed to be near Three Sisters and Cedar Creek Falls after going for a walk in the area sometime Monday afternoon, according to the SanSearch-and-rescue teams were searching trails and roads in the area.
