Colleen West, KIRO 7 NewsSEATTLE — A serious crash involving two Seattle Police cruisers and a car in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood is blocking traffic.
The Seattle Department of Transportation first tweeted about the crash on South Michigan Street near Corson Avenue South at around 6 a.m. Tuesday. Seattle police said the crash happened during the recovery of a stolen car and a suspect is in custody. Video from the scene shows a car sandwiched between two SPD cruisers. One cruiser hit the car from behind. The other struck the driver’s side front fender.
