Scots mountain rescue team member airlifted to hospital after 'unfortunate accident' during training
A Scots mountain rescue team member has been left red-faced after they had to be airlifted to hospital following a training mishap.
The injured team member was carried further down the hill to a waiting helicopter before being airlifted to hospital for treatment. The mountain rescue team have warned others to be extra vigilant while traversing lesser-travelled areas of the Cuillin.
