A 25-year-old man on an electric scooter went on an alleged shooting spree in Brooklyn and Queens, injuring three people and killing one, Ali Saeid, 86.
The suspect, Thomas Abreu, was able to evade police for hours because he was “very mobile,” explains The Post’s Kevin Sheehan. Later, when he went to the suspect’s apartment and his workplace, his boss said Abreu had claimed there was “a chip in his head” and that he believed “people were after him.”
