While the bill faces an uphill battle in Congress, the measure could change the temperature regarding the discussion of cannabis legislation in Washington showed that nearly 70% of Americans support legalizing marijuana, including 86% of Democrats, 71% of independents and 50% of Republicans showed that cannabis arrests disproportionately impact people of color despite Black and white Americans using marijuana at a similar rate; the bill aims to expunge federal criminal records for...
