I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestant Scarlette Douglas won’t be told about her former A Place In The Sun co-star Jonnie Irwin’s terminal cancer during her time in the jungle.
Scarlette quit A Place In The Sun earlier this year but she was on the Channel 4 series with Jonnie, who has presented the show since 2004, for seven years. A source close to the star says that she will be hit heavily by the news once she leaves the Australian jungle. “She holds him in high regard and will never forget how welcoming he was from the outset. She knew he was ill, but didn’t know just what stage it was at.”Just days ago Jonnie revealed that his lung cancer had spread to his brain and it is now terminal.The presenter shares three year old son Rex and two year old twins Rafa and Cormac with his wife Jessica.
