The Santa's Grotto experience will raise funds for Glasgow's Spirit of Christmas.
A CITY centre shopping centre is bringing back its Santa's Grotto to raise funds for Glasgow's Spirit of Christmas.
Established in 2014, Glasgow's Spirit of Christmas provides gifts for more than 31,000 children living in relative poverty bu inviting people to become a Secret Santa and donate a gift or cash donation to ensure no child goes without.This year, the centre will be donating the full £10 ticket price for the Santa's Grotto experience to Glasgow's Spirit of Christmas.
Julie Griffin, founder of Glasgow’s Spirit of Christmas, said:"Nearly a third of children in Glasgow are living in relative poverty. "Through St Enoch Centre’s support and the donations of hundreds of generous Glasgow shoppers, we were able to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children in Glasgow last Christmas.Annmarie McClean, St Enoch Centre marketing manager, said:"Following the success of last year, we are pleased to be working with Glasgow’s Spirit of Christmas again to bring a little Christmas magic to all Glasgow households this festive season.
