A California woman went missing in Mexico last week, and her friends and family are desperate for help searching for her. Monica De Leon was walking her puppy in Tepatitlan, near Guadalajara, when she was allegedly taken by someone in a van.

She has short hair with black and blonde highlights and is about 5'5" tall. It's unclear if someone saw her being taken or if it was discovered on surveillance video after the fact.
