Three concerts are planned for this summer, with a new production team taking the reins from the San Jose Downtown Association.

There’s change on the horizon for Music in the Park, as the San Jose Downtown Association is turning over the reins of the downtown San Jose outdoor concert series to a new producing team for its 36th season.

“I want to bring back the culture of downtown being for everyone, for being inclusive,” he said. “What’s important for me this year is to transition, understand what I’m working with and enhance the experience.”
