San Jose driver killed after striking tree near Capitol Expressway
A man died in a solo traffic collision early Wednesday morning near Capitol Expressway and Seven Trees Boulevard, according to the San Jose Police Department.
The adult male victim crashed into a tree and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police received reports of the incident at 1:59 a.m. A road closure was in place near the scene.No additional details were immediately released.
