Last year's Pro version of the Galaxy Watch was a rugged variation of the smartwatch, lacking some core features that the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will most certainly have in common.
This is where most similarities end, as the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will likely feature a slightly thinner side bezel. The reason for that could be the larger display that Samsung is widely rumored to be putting on its next top smartwatch. With the Watch 6 Classic, Samsung might be employing a dedicated band release button, which would make band-changing a more streamlined process. Previously, Samsung used a spring bar that had to be pressed sideways in order for the watch band to be detached. As far as band options, there might be a new leather band for the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, which might go quite well with the wearable's business-centric status.
One new health-related feature that might come along in the Watch 6 Classic could be Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification functionality, which is already cleared with the FDA. This new feature that's coming with One UI 5 Watch will send you notifications if it detects a certain number of irregular heart rhythm measurements, promptly sending you on your way to your favorite cardiologist.
