Asghari filed for divorce on Wednesday evening, hours after news broke of their split, a source confirmed to NBC News. The source says Asghari has moved out of the home the couple shared and is living on his own. Court records were not yet available online as of Wednesday evening.Earlier Wednesday, a separate source told NBC News that Spears and Asghari had split, saying"They’re separated and it’s best for Britney.
