Locals in a Dumfriesshire town continue to be baffled by an apparent budding sculpture artist, as strange creations continue to appear on a roundabout in the town

Police were originally called to the scene of the crime in Annan at around 5.10am on Wednesday, May 17, following reports of an abandoned car in an unusual position. Officers arrived to the scene, discovering that the car perched on the cylinder had, in fact, been stolen from the nearby Murray Street.
