George Russell says the coming Mercedes car upgrades will make him “reassess” his “heat of the moment” comments that Red Bull can win every Formula 1 race in 2023.
While Red Bull was not as dominant as it had been in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, the stronger Mercedes showing in Melbourne left Russell to revaluate his comments that the defending constructors’ champion would win every race. “I do still think Red Bull are a class ahead of everybody else and for sure, Lewis and I got the most out of it [on Saturday in Australia].
