Members of the Royal Family have certain traditions to follow
The nation will say farewell to Queen Elizabeth II today as Her Majesty's state funeral marks the end of a period of mourning.
The change of location is likely to be to allow more people to attend the funeral of the beloved monarch. All non-working royals will wear black throughout this period and the day of her funeral. Black or dark coloured outfits such as in dark blue or brown are tradition for royal members when there's been a death in the family.
This royal tradition of wearing pearls for mourning is thought to date back to Queen Victoria, who wore pearls to represent tears and all-black throughout her life after Prince Albert's death.
