His original P.R. plan fizzled, so now he’s going back with a new one in order to save face,” Mr. Trump said Tuesday, using a derogatory nickname for the governor, who is expected to soon enter the GOP presidential primary. Disney could stop investing in Florida, Mr. Trump warned, calling Mr. De Santis’s actions a political stunt.
