Teri KanefieldThe furious backlash from his fellow Republicans began immediately. Trump himself even took to Twitter to call Amash a "total lightweight." Some may have been surprised to see Sen. Mitt Romney -- the Utah Republican who is a former presidential candidate and occasional Trump antagonist -- get into the act.
