A retired University of Washington instructor is stuck in Ramona Okumura taught prosthetics at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She's been going on missions to Gaza to help fit child amputees with prosthetic limbs.The PCRF describes itself as"a non-political, nonprofit organization dedicated to healing the wounds of war.
The war, which has already claimed at least 2,200 lives on both sides, is expected to escalate — and compound the misery of people living in Gaza.
