Kelly Drach is the second Cincinnati police officer in recent weeks to be accused of using racial slurs while on duty.

, a report from an internal investigation shows that Drach became upset with a telemarketer, saying, “You’re taking advantage of old people, you’re criminals,” then yelled “Sand n*****!”. Drach reportedly apologized, but the other officer thought the apology was “insincere,” Fox 19 reports.

Drach was overheard using the slur again less than two weeks later after she again received a call from a telemarketer, reports say. After the incident, the Enquirer reports an anonymous letter was sent to Cincinnati’s human resources department.that Drach did not deny using the slur during an internal investigation. It was ruled she was in violation of the Cincinnati Police Department’s code of conduct. She was suspended for seven days in May for “failure of good behavior.

Drach reportedly told investigators she was “remorseful” for using the slur and blamed her behavior to “a tremendous amount of stress in her personal life.” Another Cincinnati officer, Rose Valentino, recently was recorded on her body camera using a racial slur while stuck in traffic,. She has been suspended as she awaits a disciplinary hearing. The Enquirer reports Valentino has admitted to using the slurs.

The Sunday Times reported that the Prince of Wales’s Charitable Fund received the money in 2013 from Bakr bin Laden and his brother Shafiq. Both are half-brothers of the former al Qaida leader, who was killed by U.S. special forces in Pakistan in 2011. Charles’ Clarence House office said the decision to accept the money was taken by the charity’s trustees, not the prince. It said “thorough due diligence was undertaken in accepting this donation.”
