BREAKING Remains of missing woman found in Spanish Fork home after fire
SPANISH FORK, Utah — A day after a fire destroyed a Spanish Fork twin home, the remains of a missing woman believed to have been inside the house were found.
Local fire officials searched the rubble until 8 p.m. Tuesday night before resuming their search resumed Wednesday. Crews tediously searched the debris by hand before finding the remains.The fire was reported at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in the area of 2970 East and Somerset Village Way. The female resident who was living in the side of the home that caught fire was not immediately located and it was not known if she was inside the home at the time of the fire.
