Star athlete Eilish McColgan is preparing to compete in this year's Great Scottish Run.
The 31-year-old has already enjoyed an incredible year which saw her bag Commonwealth Gold and Silver and beat Paula Radcliffe's British half marathon record.
She said: “It’s been a great year for me, culminating in my medals on the track, the highlight was my Commonwealth Games victory, roared on by the crowd.“I can think of no better place to do that than to come home and take to the streets of Glasgow over 10km at the Great Scottish Run.”
