Phoenix Tower, a property of Parkway Property Investments in Greenway Plaza, will welcome RS&H as a tenant this year., an employee-owned and architecture, engineering and consulting services firm, will relocate its Houston office to Greenway Plaza from west Houston later this year. The company signed a long-term lease for 9,850 square feet in Phoenix Tower at 3200 Southwest Freeway. Sara Fredericks and Kristian Nielsen of Newmark represented the tenant.
a Houston-based private equity firm founded by Allyson Pritchett, acquired Valencia Grove Apartments, a 460-unit complex at 11810 Algonquin Drive in southeast Houston. Investment partners include RTC Global Investments, Value Investment Partners, Trinity Investors, Impex Capital Group and Melifera Partners. Planned renovations include the addition of a playground and walking trail, updating the pool area, enhancing the property building systems and renovating unit interiors.
