Peter Phillips is the Queen’s first born grandchild and despite the grandeur he could have had, his life has been less glamorous than those of some of his cousins
The Queen had four children and eight grandchildren and of those grandchildren, her eldest is Princess Anne’s son Peter Phillips.
His first job was for Jaguar, where he worked as a corporate hospitality manager before he went on to be a sponsorships account manager with the Williams Racing Formula One team.The sports lover took a different turn when, in 2005, he took a job as a manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh.
The pair, who were married for 12 years, announced their split in 2021 and earlier this year Peter confirmed his romance with Lindsay Wallace.It is reported that Lindsay had met the Queen and was introduced as Peter's significant other at a shooting party in January this year. Speaking to the Sun, one said the "very warm meeting" had "clearly delighted" the Queen.Lindsay became close to Peter after spending time with him following the breakdown of their marriages.
