How much you will pay to keep your home warm from next month
When new prime minister Liz Truss announced household energy prices would be frozen for two years, people across the UK breathed a big sigh of relief.
But households should bear in mind that the £2,500 is quoted for an average household. The Energy Price Guarantee replaced the grim £3,549 Ofgem price cap announced last month.
