Being forced to pretend as though she is still expecting the baby in order to secure some more cash from the pair in order to foot Aaron's dad's rehab bill, Summer is forced to attend a baby scan., Mike and Esther insist on dropping Summer and Aaron off at the scan themselves. They eventually agree to wait outside however as Summer and Aaron play around for time inside the hospital they are stunned when Mike appears and insists that he attends the scan with Summer as a result of them pretending he is the biological father.
Realising that time may have finally caught up with them, the young lovers prepare to finally cave and tell Mike the truth.
