Increasing aid to Ukraine:
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy is promising that Ukraine won’t get a “blank check,” and some Republicans are pushing to cut military aid, but the Bush Institute is pressing for the opposite: “The United States and its allies must increase military support for Ukraine to help it achieve victory over Russia.” Such aid could include tanks and fighter jets, the institute added, which the Biden administration has not provided to date.
