At CPAC, a Florida congresswoman said the Justice Department labeled parents “terrorists” if they raised concerns about school curriculum. Federal officials investigate potential crimes, not parents raising school concerns.

But his memo didn’t use the word"terrorist" and noted that"spirited debate" is protected by the Constitution.
