A 19-year-old was rushed to hospital from the scene with serious injuries
A teenage boy has been seriously injured after being 'stabbed in the back' on a night out near Manchester city centre on Saturday evening .
The Manchester Evening News understands that the victim, aged 19, was stabbed in the back and was subsequently rushed to hospital from the scene, where he remains with serious injuries.Greater Manchester Police launched an investigation into the stabbing which is understood to have happened after a fight broke out at the venue shortly before.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "At around 7:40pm on Saturday 2 September 2023, officers were called to reports of a stabbing inside a premises on Dantzic Street in Manchester.
