Police have issued CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to after children were offered cash. The appeal comes after an incident on July 24 in Warrington.
It was reported that a man acting suspiciously had been offering money to children in the Vulcan Close area. Detective Constable Daniella Taylor of Cheshire Police said: “Enquiries in relation to this incident have been ongoing and as part of our investigation we are keen to speak to the man in the CCTV images as he may hold vital information. I would urge anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image to contact us. The same goes for the man himself.
