Police identify man found dead near South Salt Lake WinCo; Looking to identify occupants of vehicle possibly connected:
The victim, later identified as 27-year-old Romero Charles Stevens, was found in the intersection of Main Street and West Utopia Avenue .South Salt Lake Police are trying to identify the suspect in this case. Later the same day, they released photos of a car that they believe may be involved. The car was a dark blue Chevrolet Impala, estimated to be between the years of 2014-2020.
The Impala was last seen Monday night around 10:15 p.m. It was leaving the Winco parking lot throught the southwest exit onto Main Street, where it then headed south.
