At least two juveniles in Katy were taken to a hospital following a large school fight at a park that resulted in multiple stabbings, authorities said. Marlon Robinson, 17, died Sunday at a hospital after being stabbed Feb. 14 during a fight at Beckendorff Park, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said in a tweet. He and a second boy wereThe fight erupted between a dozen or so teens in the 1800 block of Katyland Drive. A juvenile charged in connection with the stabbing now faces a murder charge in connection to Robinson's death.
Investigators have not yet publicly said what prompted the fight or disclosed any possible motives. Katy ISD said in a statement Thursday that some of those involved were students in the district.
