The pair had just taken a train from Florida to Pennsylvania the day before their 10-month-old son was found dead in between a pillow and the man's shoulder.

Police charged a man and woman with multiple counts of endangering the welfare of children after their 10-month-old son died in December 2022 in Adams County.

Pennsylvania State Police responded to the first block of Aspers North Road in Menallen Township, Adams County on Dec. 9, 2022, after an infant reported to be in cardiac arrest– referred to as “SEB” – died, according to court documents.
