Deputies said Michael Bradshaw, 19, of Newark, took his girlfriend from her home during an argument, kept her at his house against her will after she said she wanted to leave, grabbed her neck and obstructed her breathing, and threw her around his room.
Police arrested Bradshaw Oct. 23 and charged him with two counts of harassment, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, one count of criminal obstruction of breathing, and one count of unlawful imprisonment. Bradshaw was taken to Wayne County Jail for arraignment. He's due in Newark Village Court at a later date.
