A police chase involving a U-haul truck ended in a crash in Philadelphia Sunday afternoon. Investigators tell Action News that the truck is connected with a fatal shooting investigation.
Police say the chase is connected with a shooting that left a 26-year-old man dead on the 1500 block of 68th Avenue in the city's West Oak Lane section Sunday afternoon.
"We heard something but we wasn't sure what it is until one of my neighbors said someone was on the ground, and that's when everybody came outside," said Monique Young. "We'd say what's up to him, see him smoke cigarettes... it was shocking it was him. I just feel bad for his family," said Young.
