PERKIOMEN TWP., Pennsylvania --Now, activists and organizations are reacting to the policy, which they say discriminates against transgender students.However, when Policy 720 came up for a vote again this week,The American Civil Liberties Union warns, though, that the new policy could lead to lawsuits.
"I thought a bathroom policy was the best thing to do. I work in healthcare, I cover hospitals to Philadelphia to Maine.
